Registering to Vote 

The deadline to register for the November 6 General Election is October 7, 2019.

Last day to apply for a civilian absentee ballot for the
General Election is October 29, 2019.

Registering to vote can now be done online!

All you have to do is follow the instructions to fill in the online form. Once complete, your forms will be sent to the county voter registration office to be processed.



Registering in Person or by Mail

Registering to vote in person can be done at any of the following places: 

Delaware County Voter Registration Office
Any PennDOT photo license center when obtaining or updating a drivers license
State offices that provide public assistance and services to persons with disabilities
Armed Forces Recruitment Centers
County Clerk of Orphans' Court offices, including each Marriage License Bureau
Area Agencies on Aging
Centers for Independent Living
County Mental Health and Mental Retardation offices
Student disability services offices of the State System of Higher Education
Offices of Special Education
DA Complementary Paratransit offices

To register by mail, a Pennsylvania Voter Registration Form must be completed and submitted to the County Voter registration office. Once the form is completed, either mail or hand-deliver the form to:
